| Corporations, LLCs, and registered Limited Partnerships doing business in Pennsylvania must continuously maintain a Registered Agent with a physical Pennsylvania street address (a PO Box alone does not qualify). The agent may be an individual resident of Pennsylvania or an entity authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, must be available at that address during normal business hours to accept service of process, and receives official state notices on the entity's behalf.
